Yes, both. Our licensing model includes structured onboarding, planning, technical implementation, training, go-live, and hypercare. We also offer individual support, such as workshops, process design, and best-practice sessions.

The duration depends on the individual circumstances. Implementation usually takes between two and six weeks.
Migration is carried out according to individual requirements. Among other things, strategic topics, current topics, target groups, contacts and distribution lists, statement databases, and wikis can be transferred.
